The tenant left it all behind.
We clear it out.
Move-out and rental turnover cleanouts in Utica, NY. Apartments, single-family rentals, and whole houses emptied and handed back broom-clean so you can re-list. Flat-rate pricing from $325, quoted before we start, and our crew does every bit of the lifting. Owner Ryan Morin, USDOT 4535667.
Empty the unit. Re-rent it faster.
Everything a landlord asks before booking.
A move-out cleanout is the turnover version of our everyday junk removal in Utica, NY work. Same crew, same flat-rate pricing, scheduled around your re-listing date instead of around a moving truck.
Empty unit. Same day in most cases.
Every day a unit sits full is a day it earns nothing. A move-out cleanout is a single coordinated job: we clear the furniture, mattresses, bagged trash, and whatever else the last tenant walked away from, then hand the unit back broom-clean and ready to show.
We handle the jobs that make turnovers slow. Third-floor walk-ups with no elevator, mattresses and box springs that will not fit down the stairwell, garages and basements the tenant quietly filled, and units where you would rather not be present for the cleanout at all. If the property is being sold instead of re-rented, our house cleanout service covers the whole home, and estate cleanouts cover a property being cleared after a death.
Clearing an office, storefront, or other business property instead? That is our commercial cleanout service. This page is for residential rentals and move-outs.
Send a few photos and we will give you a flat-rate quote for the whole unit. Call 315-509-3762 or email info@junkremovaluticany.com.

How much does a move-out cleanout cost in Utica, NY?
Move-out cleanouts are flat-rate based on how much we haul. A studio or partial load starts around $325, a fully furnished apartment runs about $600, and a packed rental house or a multi-unit job typically runs $1,500 to $2,000+, quoted flat after a quick look or a few photos. You get a firm written price before we start, with no hourly billing. Call 315-509-3762 or email photos for a same-day estimate.
Do you clear out apartments and rental units?
Yes. Apartment cleanouts and rental turnovers are some of our most common jobs. We clear furniture, mattresses, appliances, bagged trash, and whatever else the last tenant left, then hand the unit back broom-clean and ready to show. Third-floor walk-ups and tight stairwells are included at no extra charge.
My tenant left everything behind. Can you handle that?
Yes. Abandoned-property cleanouts are routine for us. Once your legal notice period has passed and you are clear to dispose of what was left, we clear the entire unit in one visit. We photograph the unit before and after on request so you have documentation for your records.
How fast can you turn a unit around?
Same-day or next-day in most cases. Tell us your re-listing or showing date when you call and we will schedule back from it. Most single apartments are cleared in a few hours, and a packed rental house is usually done in a single day.
Do I need to be there during the cleanout?
No. Many landlords and property managers give us access and let us handle the job independently. We confirm the flat-rate price before we start, send photos and updates as we go, and confirm when the unit is empty, so you can manage the whole turnover remotely.
Do you invoice landlords and property managers?
Yes. For landlords, property managers, and realtors with repeat turnovers we can invoice the job rather than collect on the spot, and set up standing scheduling if you run multiple doors. Ask when you call and we will set it up for your account.
What happens to everything you take?
Usable furniture and household goods go to donation where possible, scrap metal and electronics are routed to certified recycling under New York State e-waste law, and only what is left goes to the transfer station. Donation and recycling documentation is available on request.
Is there anything you cannot take?
We cannot take hazardous materials such as wet paint, solvents, chemicals, or propane tanks, and there are limits on some construction materials. Flag anything questionable when you send photos and we will tell you upfront and point you to the right disposal option, so the written quote stays the final number.
One call. We empty the unit and haul it.
Owner Ryan Morin will walk you through scope, price, scheduling, and invoicing, and give you a flat-rate quote for the whole unit before any work starts. Same-day and next-day move-out cleanouts in Utica whenever the schedule allows.
