One trailer. The whole pile.

Debris is the stuff that is too heavy, too awkward, or too much for a car and a couple of trips. A pickup holds almost nothing once drywall or branches start going in, the transfer station has hours and fees, and mixed loads have to be separated before they are accepted. We bring the trailer and the crew and it goes in one visit.

We recently cleared a driveway in North Utica after a garage demolition: 2.5 tons of mixed debris, separated for metal recycling and landfill disposal, in under four hours.

If the debris came from tearing something down, our residential demolition service can do the demo and the haul-off in one job. Clearing several areas at once instead? See our house cleanout service, basement cleanouts, and garage junk removal.

Send a photo of the pile and we will give you an upfront quote for the whole thing. Call 315-509-3762 or email info@junkremovaluticany.com.

Whatever the project left behind.

Most debris calls in Oneida County fall into one of these three. All are priced the same way, on volume and material type.

Construction & renovation

The pile left after a build or a remodel:

  • Drywall, lumber, shingles, insulation, tiles
  • Cabinets, flooring, countertops, tubs, fixtures
  • Concrete and masonry, flagged for weight
  • Contractor job sites and DIY projects alike

Yard & storm debris

What the weather or the landscaping left:

  • Branches, brush, and downed limbs
  • Leaves, clippings, and torn-out plantings
  • Old fencing, edging, and landscape timbers
  • Dirt and stumps, priced for weight

Household & property

General cleanup that is not a full cleanout:

  • Bagged trash, boxes, and old materials
  • Garage and shed debris, scrap metal, tools
  • Pallets, packaging, and job site remnants
  • Post-move and post-project leftovers

From photo to a cleared site, often same day.

No in-person estimate needed, and you do not have to be home as long as we can reach the material.

01
Send a photo
Text or email a picture of the debris. Most piles are easy to quote from a photo, so you usually get an upfront number the same day.
02
Pick a time
Same-day or next-day in most cases. On job sites we can work around your trades so the site stays clear as the work goes.
03
We confirm on site
The crew looks at the material, confirms the upfront price before touching anything, and gets your OK to start.
04
We load it out
Debris, bags, and materials go in the trailer. You do not carry anything to the curb and you do not need to sort it first.
05
Sweep and separate
We sweep up what is left behind, then separate the load for metal recycling and proper disposal rather than sending all of it to landfill.

How much does debris removal cost in Utica, NY?

Waste and debris pickup is priced on how much space your materials take up in our truck, not by time or labor. Small loads like yard waste or minor renovation debris usually start around $99 to $179, medium cleanups such as a garage, room, or light construction project average $250 to $450, and full truckloads for large cleanouts or heavy demolition debris typically run $550 and up depending on volume and material type. You always get an upfront quote before we begin.

What kinds of debris do you take?

Almost any non-hazardous debris. Construction debris such as drywall, lumber, shingles, concrete, insulation, and tiles; yard waste including branches, leaves, dirt, tree stumps, fencing, and storm debris; remodeling waste like cabinets, flooring, countertops, tubs, and fixtures; garage and shed debris; general household waste; and commercial job site debris such as pallets and packaging.

Do you take construction and renovation debris?

Yes. Contractor job sites and DIY projects are both routine for us. We clear drywall, lumber, shingles, insulation, tile, cabinets, flooring, and fixtures, and we can work around your trades so the site stays clear as the job progresses. Dense material like concrete and masonry is flagged in the quote because of disposal weight.

Do you take yard waste, brush, and storm debris?

Yes. Branches, brush, leaves, torn-out plantings, old fencing, landscape timbers, dirt, and stumps are all part of the same debris service. After a storm we clear downed limbs and scattered debris, and larger whole-property jobs are quoted as full truckloads.

Do you take concrete, dirt, or other heavy material?

Yes, but dense material affects the price because it carries real disposal weight rather than just volume. Mention concrete, soil, shingles, or masonry when you send the photo and we will factor it into the upfront quote, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Is there anything you cannot take?

We handle non-hazardous debris only. Paint, solvents, chemicals, propane tanks, and similar hazardous materials have to go to the county household hazardous waste facility instead. Flag anything questionable when you send photos and we will tell you upfront and point you to the right disposal option.

Do I need to be home, or sort it first?

No to both. As long as we can reach the material and you have approved the quote, we can handle the job while you are out, and we sort the load ourselves afterward. You do not need to bag it, separate it, or move it to the curb first.

What happens to the debris after you haul it?

We separate the load rather than sending all of it to landfill. Scrap metal goes to recycling, usable materials are routed to donation where possible, and only the remainder goes to the transfer station. On a recent North Utica garage demolition we cleared 2.5 tons of mixed debris, separated for metal recycling and landfill disposal, in under four hours.

Send a photo. We clear the pile.

Owner Ryan Morin will give you an upfront quote for the whole load before any work starts, usually the same day you send the picture. Same-day and next-day debris removal across Utica, Clinton, Rome, and Oneida County whenever the schedule allows.
